I wanted to give you some recipe for some picknick for example, for tomorrow.
Here we are:
Salted Muffins ( inspired from WeightWatchers)
20 green olives
1 little spoon of thyme and 1 big spoon oregano or « Herbes de Provences »
one packet of yeast
40g parmesan cheese grated
6 big spoons of flour
250cl skimmed milk
2-3 big spoon of cottage cheese
1. Pre-heat your oven at 180-210°Celsius for 15 minutes. Cut the olives in little pieces.
2. In a bowl, prepare the eggs with the milk, and the cottage cheese. Now add the flour and the yeast, then the parmesan cheese, the olives and the herbs, Salt, Pepper and mix it.
Put the preparation in 6 forms of muffins (silicon would be appropriated). And put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. You can see , if the muffins are ready, when the point of a knife putted in the heart of a muffin, is dry or not. Adjust the time in the oven.
Let it cool down, and then bon appétit!
