Hello dear friends,
here is the recipe of the bread that I tried out.
There is one ingredient that I didn’t found here in France, « Schmelzflocke ». Which could be some kind of cereal for baby food preparation.
But now the recipe!
250g low fat cottage cheese
150g almond pulver
150g lin seeds( the brown one are the more appropriated)
2 big Spoons of Riceoat
1 1/2 pack of Bake pouder
4 Big Spoons of Sunflower seeds
1/2 little spoon of Bread spices
1 little spoon of salt
The oven to turn on 150degree Celsius. Wash and peel and rasps the carrots.
In a Bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the eggs, Lin seeds, almond Pulver and the rest of the ingredients, mix them together.
Now at the end some bread spices and salt and put the bread in a form. For 70- 90 minutes in the oven , until there is a crisp!
